What You Do:
A Regional Sales Manager demonstrates a passion for building a business. You will help clients increase revenues by driving efficiency with actionable recommendations based on their specific needs.
Regional Sales Managers are senior professionals with 10-plus years experience in SaaS and complex software and services sales and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts and develop new business within a regional territory
- Demonstrate how Uptake meets clients’ needs by highlighting our platform’s unique value proposition
- Meet (and exceed) sales quotas
- Drive adoption of the Uptake platform
- Foster a strong rapport with internal and external customers through extensive professional and personal interaction
- Work with Account Executives to drive high levels of adoption across customer accounts, and provide leadership throughout the sales process
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience driving adoption of SaaS and Cloud solutions, as well as selling to Fortune 2000 companies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Detail oriented with strong negotiation, relationship building and organization skills
