GetSet is a growing startup and looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee the portfolio of current customers and ensure successful product adoption for new customers. Your role will be to directly maintain and expand relationships with school staff (e.g. leadership, advisors, counselors, instructors) and students.

What Will You Be Doing At GetSet?

• Drive successful launches at new GetSet customer schools.
• Collaborate with school staff and students to make sure the product works for them.
• Help the Product Team iterate and improve the product.
• Travel occasionally (5-15%) to visit with customers and students onsite.

What Should You Already Know How To Do?

• Experience forming successful relationships with diverse student and staff populations, especially those in the non-traditional higher education systems (e.g. community college, career school, online, etc.).
• Have at least one of the following in your background:

o   Account management for user-facing enterprise software

o   Advising / counseling

o   Educational psychologist

o   Coaching / mentoring

o   Teaching / tutoring

o   Online community management

• Minimum two years of experience in client services, account management, or student success roles.
