Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

Grubhub connects more than 50,000 local restaurants with hungry diners in more than 1,100 cities across the United States. As a Restaurant Program Manager, you will have a direct hand in defining and executing the strategic initiatives that enhance our relationship with restaurants and maximize their value for our platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys making both tactical and strategic decisions in a fast-paced organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the overall strategy for the restaurant program which achieves our short-and long-term financial, operational, and customer experience goals

  • Lead restaurant value maximization efforts to address opportunities to increase revenue from restaurants and reduce costs at all points

  • Dive deep into the current restaurant program and execute, analyze, and iterate on tests based on clearly defined hypotheses

  • Measure the net effect of initiatives on relevant KPIs

  • Collaborate across the Sales, Account Advisor, Restaurant & Diner Marketing, Technology, Care, Data Operations, and Market Operations teams in executing the defined strategy

You Should Have

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with 1+ years of project management experience

  • Demonstrated success in developing the initial strategy and KPIs for a set of initiatives

  • Strong data analysis skills - Excel is a must, SQL is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A history of working well cross-functionally to drive results

  • An obsession for constantly improving the customer experience

  • A passion for restaurants and food in general
