As a Restaurant Program Manager, you will have a direct hand in defining and executing the strategic initiatives that enhance our relationship with restaurants and maximize their value for our platform. Key Responsibilities:
Establish the overall strategy for the restaurant program which achieves our short-and long-term financial, operational, and customer experience goals
Lead restaurant value maximization efforts to address opportunities to increase revenue from restaurants and reduce costs at all points
Dive deep into the current restaurant program and execute, analyze, and iterate on tests based on clearly defined hypotheses
Measure the net effect of initiatives on relevant KPIs
Collaborate across the Sales, Account Advisor, Restaurant & Diner Marketing, Technology, Care, Data Operations, and Market Operations teams in executing the defined strategy
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
3+ years of relevant experience with 1+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated success in developing the initial strategy and KPIs for a set of initiatives
Strong data analysis skills - Excel is a must, SQL is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A history of working well cross-functionally to drive results
An obsession for constantly improving the customer experience
