Chowly was created to solve a very real problem within the restaurant industry: manual order entry into point-of-sale (POS) systems was resulting in errors in 15% of orders — not to mention rising labor costs and a pool of dissatisfied customers.

 Chowly’s approach is to streamline and digitize the ordering process, eliminating the need for manual order entry. We integrate with third-party online ordering systems both large and small and have experience with a wide range of POS systems. Our focus on accuracy, quick turnaround, and reliable customer service helps set us apart

The Opportunity at Chowly, Inc.

Our mission for the L&D team within Chowly is to be the catalyst for Chowly to engage in continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing L&D programs that help our people unlock their full potential. You'll administer distribution through our Learning Management System (Trainual), work with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate programs for our leadership team and other employee development initiatives.

Your First 6-Months at Chowly

First month:

·  Gain a deep understanding of our product and tools.

·  Work alongside our L&D Manager to familiarize yourself with our LMS (Trainual), our customer knowledge website, and our L&D  initiatives.

·  Begin taking on projects to improve our current documentation.

 3 months:

·  Create documentation and training that correlates with new products and processes.

·  Lead small group training sessions for our Global Customer Support Team.

·  Present your ideas to improve current learning processes.

·  Complete learning deliverables that coincide with Chowly’s L&D goals.

 6 months:

·  Host knowledge webinars for our clients.

·  Work with our L&D Manager to create and assess Learning KPIs.

·  Continue to look for ways to improve current processes across all departments.

·  Lead new-hire training modules.

What You Bring to Chowly

• SaaS experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within a LMS
• Design in person and online training curriculums based on our learning methodology and goals.
• A firm understanding of adult learning and training models (ADDIE, Bloom, Merrill, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Training and Development, or equivalent preferred.  
• Technical experience a huge plus
