The Position
As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, building rapport with clients, and the fun part: closing deals. You will be researching new gift card verticals and finding key players in the industry. In many instances, you will be consulting with clients to build out a new revenue stream for their existing business. This position offers the creativity of finding and building new verticals as well as the break neck speed of sales. We exhibit at all of the industry events, and you may be required to do some travel. We offer a competitive base salary, and you will earn a hefty commission once you build your book of business.
Key Requirements
Customer relationship management (CRM) experience: Salesforce.com preferred
Communication: clear, effective, and efficient written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking: quick to understand numbers, margins and finances to communicate ROI
Account management: building rapport, lead generation, cold calling/warm calling
Time management: prioritize and manage time effectively, and commit resources to tasks
Experience in trading, technology and/or SaaS sales a plus.
