Sertifi is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and support our team of Sales Development Representatives. You will be responsible for strategizing target accounts, teaching effective sales tactics, coaching the SDRs, as well as taking on SalesOps responsibilities. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in a quota carrying role and leadership experience in a B2B sales environment. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in a growing sales organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day performance of SDR team with a metrics driven approach
  • Set sales targets for your team and forecast on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals 
  • Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship to provide actionable feedback and strengthen the team’s sales skills
  • Apply strong knowledge of successful sales tactics and strategies to further develop SDR’s
  • Learn the Predictable Revenue selling model and be able to teach it to new team members
  • Proactively identify and implement new strategies to increase lead generating efficiencies
  • Manage weekly outbound sales meetings and 1:1’s
  • Perform regular reviews with individual SDR’s
  • Hire and train new team members as needed
  • Maintain a fun, high energy and competitive team culture
  • Takeover SalesOps responsibilities which include organizing target accounts for AEs and SDRs, activity and pipeline reporting, and maintaining data in Salesforce
  • Implement process improvements within sales organization

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with experience working in the SaaS industry
  • Previous leadership/coaching experience
  • Strong track record in hitting quota and achieving sales goals
  • Fluency with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with the Predictive Revenue model a plus
  • Excellent planning skills to forecast pipeline and future prospecting needs
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, ability to empathize with team members
  •  Effective communication skills with ability to be an inspirational leader
  • Motivated team player with “no task too small” attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
