Job Description

Raise is seeking a driven, motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative that establishes connections with new local businesses and transforms them into loyal customers. SDR is an entry level opportunity that will kickstart your career path into tech sales. A key competency is perpetually maintaining professional urgency and influential tone throughout the sales cycle. The main SDR goal is to advance prospects to accept a future meeting with the sales team.

SDRs exhibiting an impactful, dedicated attitude while exceeding monthly goals have the opportunity for advancement to a revenue ­carrying sales professional (6-­18 months). As Raise grows there will be extraordinary opportunity for professional career growth within our sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, qualify and develop sales opportunity pipeline
  • Advance quality outbound leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team
  • Track and update CRM leads throughout sales cycle
  • Develop, progress business relationships via email campaign and phone interaction
  • Enhance new business opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals and targets

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-­2 years sales experience, desired interest in technology phone sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation and business strategy skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)/Google Drive
  • Naturally solution driven, problem solver and collaborative in team setting
  • Knowledge of technology, or enthusiasm for tech industry
  • Aspiration to learn, grow and succeed in sales/marketing
