About The Position
Raise is searching for motivated professionals who are looking to start their career in sales. Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for locating, qualifying and scheduling new business opportunities. This role consists of sending emails, calling potential prospects and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a sales ‘hunter’ mentality. Working knowledge of sales process, previous CRM and sales calling experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads from viable sources and manage a full sales pipeline
- Schedule appointments for various business channels
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls everyday
- Own outbound and inbound lead qualification processes
- Research new target markets for ICP’s
- Educate, enhance and excite leads about Raise product offerings
- Collaborate with team(s) to meet monthly, quarterly opportunity objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years sales related experience, previous experience speaking with customers
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic business acumen, professional, passionate and naturally solution driven
- Self motivated (willing to make 70 calls per day)
