Sertifi is looking for an ambitious self-starter who wants to play an integral role on our growing sales team. You will work closely with your Account Executive to build a strong pipeline, set up demonstrations, penetrate key target accounts and cultivate relationships with potential clients. This is a competitive salary + commission opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by engaging qualified prospects from our target lists
  • Work closely with Account Executive to prospect, qualify and develop accounts
  • Identify key decision markers through lead generation and research
  • Follow up with leads from Trade Shows, webinars, website, etc.
  • Send relevant written sales materials and resources to prospective customers
  • Use Salesforce.com efficiently to input daily activity
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales rep based on product, territory and channel 
  • Conduct effective and professional business discovery calls to determine if there is a potential fit
  • Attend interactive weekly meetings with sales team to discuss pipeline and brainstorm new ideas for growth
  • Achieve monthly quota for qualified opportunities and closed business

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years B2B lead generation experience
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive outbound sales environment/experience working within a KPI driven environment 
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation
  • Hunter mentality in seeking out new business
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and advanced knowledge of computer applications and internet
  • Ability to engage with high-level decision makers with a professional and upbeat attitude  
  • Someone who does not take rejection personally
  • Overcome objections and uncover needs with a consultative sales approach
  • Understand the value of leveraging referrals to reach decision makers
  • Ambition to be promoted to an Account Executive and grow within our company
  • Some travel required to target accounts and trade shows (10%)

 

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Cold Calling 2.0, Ideal Customer Profile, and Predictable Revenue
  • Hospitality experience
