Sales Development Representative (Mid-Market)
Job Function: Sales
Location: Chicago, IL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and drive overall sales strategy to develop new business within Mid Market and/or Enterprise sales accounts
- Locate and build out accounts in FinancialForce’s target market through use of various data sources
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting efforts as well as following up on marketing generated leads
- Obtain additional prospect company information via websites and other methods
- Work with 3-5 Account Executives in specific territories to help build pipeline and develop your skills
- Keep up to date on FinancialForce’s SaaS offerings
- Entering / maintaining accurate information in Salesforce CRM / Automation
- 1-3 years of full time sales experience (software sales is a plus)
- Prior sales prospecting experience (outbound preferable)
- Bachelor’s degree from 4 year university/college
- Experience of working in, or selling to, finance departments, services professionals, HR and / or knowledge of accounting and business processes is a plus
- Motivation, Drive and self starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
