WHO ARE YOU

You are an experienced, inspiring sales leader who has a passion for building high performing sales teams. You will manage a team of Sales Managers and Patient Engagement Specialists (Sales Representatives) who are responsible for expanding our member networks. As the Sales Director, it’s essential that you are obsessed with developing a world class sales organization through strategic decision-making, strong sales skills and people leadership. You enjoy problem solving and coaching a team on how to translate insights, product information, and data into value for our members.

You have a passion for continuously raising the performance bar high and thrive in a culture of innovation. You are a strong operator who can define operational metrics and will drive the team to achieve their goals. You understand that our goal of transforming healthcare globally can only be accomplished with an excellent, cohesive salesforce, who is motivated by our mission. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales and at least 3 years managing large teams of managers and sales reps
  • Proven success in executing go-to market strategies and driving market penetration growth
  • Experience teaching consultative sales
  • Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health care space is a plus
