 Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Summary 

The Sales Executive is an individual contributor in a quota-driven sales role with responsibility for a particular geographic region and the existing enterprise clients in that region. You will own the account relationship and be responsible for the renewal, upsell and new customer revenue. You will help identify additional customer needs within the account. 

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain renewals on all owned accounts
  • Upsell new business to exisitng customers
  • Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Identify and develop new contacts within owned accounts
  • Work in tandem with Customer Engagement Team to identify and manage upsell opportunities

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of quota carrying outside sales and account management experience with sales to contacts at the director-level or above
  • Experience selling Enterprise software, Software ( SaaS ), Customer Experience Measurement Tools and/or Research and Analytics 
  • Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers
  • Show consistent success with a maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
  • Exceeding quotas of one million or more in individual annual sales revenues with a high transactional sales model
  • Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
  • Evidence of high performance, entrepreneurial spirit and team player
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in sales territory and attend trade shows

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to retail, financial services, hospitality, telco, government and B2B industries

  • Commensurate with experience.
