So back to you, do you have all, or many of the following?

• Experience managing a sales or customer service team in a call center
• Track record of mentoring, developing, and motivating sales people
• Evidence of successfully leading individuals to meet and exceed measurable sales goals
• Ability to drive clear expectations, remove roadblocks and hold individuals accountable for results
• A desire to develop, train and mentor Mortgage Associates on sales skills including pipeline management, daily sales activity and people management
• A never-ending desire to be a student and a product knowledge expert
• Sales experience in the mortgage industry.
