WHO ARE YOU

You are an experienced and passionate leader of a high performing sales team. You will manage a team of six to eight Patient Engagement Specialists (Sales Representatives) who are responsible for expanding our member network. As a Sales Manager, it’s essential that you are an inspiring coach who can lead a team to overachieve, both personally and professionally. You will work tirelessly to develop the consultative selling technique of every team member, define and re-evaluate sales metrics to ensure success, and operate efficiently in an ambiguous environment.

You have a passion for exceeding goals and helping others grow through training and providing timely, quality feedback. You have experience executing on go-to market strategies and driving market share. You thrive in a culture of innovation and believe in leading by example. You understand that our goal of transforming healthcare can only be achieved with a cohesive and driven salesforce, who is motivated by our mission. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales management experience (2+ years) and extensive knowledge of sales cycles through time as an individual contributor
  • Experience in consultative sales
  • Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health care space is a plus
