The Sales Operations Analyst will work with a group of client success, BD and marketing professionals to provide operations support, research and direct B2B interaction in the sales process of a fast-growing technology company. Responsibilities
  • Generate research on prospective accounts
  • Follow-up on all qualified leads to identify the client’s needs and evaluate potential capabilities and focus
  • Improve and maintain visibility and transparency in our pipeline and new business process
  • Provide weekly updates on in-process and emerging leads to sales organization and executive management
  • Develop reporting and analysis on Sales and Marketing activity
  • Serve as the key owner of the tools for tracking and reporting lead progress
  • Work with management to implement prospecting strategies
  • Outreach to set up appointments for account executives
  • Manage Business Development assets and organize materials for use in the sales process
  • Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management
Qualifications
  • Up to 1 year of business development related experience or similar (e.g., business development, strategic/management consulting, public relations, marketing/communications, journalism)
  • A high level of organization and time management
  • A curiosity of about how organizations work and what might make them more innovative places overall
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written communications
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Open minded and a willingness to learn
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
