Sales Operations Analyst
What you will be working on:
· Investigate trends, perform insightful analysis and affect decision-making at all levels of the organization
· Optimize day-to-day activities of Sales team, ensuring optimal output and minimal operational overhead
· Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Team including vertical budget and revenue forecasts; building new tools for reporting; driving scalable analysis, insights and strategic agenda
· Be a vocal identifier and ruthless resolver of data integrity and availability issues
· Use proximity to and deep understanding of data to suggest operational process improvements, use interpersonal skills and strong relationships with functional owners to implement these suggestions smoothly and effectively
What your background might look like:
· 1-3 years of experience in an Analyst role
· 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com
· Advanced proficiency in Excel
· Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively problem solve
· Comfort with ambiguity and change, willingness to get into the details to help any critical project succeed
· A proven track record for self-driven results and impacting an organization
· Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under firm deadlines
· Ability to work cross-functionally and interact regularly with senior members of the organization
· SQL proficiency or a willingness to learn
· Experience in sales, sales operations, and/or product development, preferred
