JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Managers Operations– all part of the aggregate role – will wear many hats and will be a key contributor. In this role you will work with ShopRunner’s Chief Sales Officer and Sales team to optimize his impact in managing the organization. The role requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment while still keeping an eye towards a superior level of quality.  Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive for excellence who will do what it takes to get the job done will excel in this role.

ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

SALES SUPPORT:

  • Manage all Sales team events including logistics, registration, agendas etc. at:
    • Industry conferences
    • Private dinners
    • Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
    • Training sessions
  • Salesforce.com Administrator / Phenom:
    • Act as Sales dept. expert and admin and/or liaison to SF developer
    • Work with CSO to maintain/enhance/edit/create new reports, dashboards etc.
    • Track and report on new quarterly partner signings/wins and quota attainment
  • Work with CSO and Finance to maintain and update Sales expense budgets
  • Coordination with other departmental request and functional execs


ABOUT WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working in operations support role
  • Technical and professional knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; and other business/work environment applications (Zoom video, Slack messaging, Google Docs)
  • Expertise, proficiency, and experience with Salesforce.com
  • Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate change, adjust responses accordingly
  • Excellent time/project management expertise
  • Superior writing, editing and verbal communication skills
