What You Do:


As Sales Operations Specialist, your knowledge of all aspects of Uptake’s sales goals and procedures will help streamline and drive the Sales Operations Team. A successful Sales Operations Specialist is an analytic thinker who is detail oriented and works well on a team.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain custom analytics to provide business insights and intelligence to drive initiatives that help steer the sales organization. Initiatives include: sales forecasting reports, compensation systems, and tracking all numbers associated with efficient movement from lead generation to customer success

  • Take a lead role in developing and publishing reports and dashboards


  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including managing customer data, providing ongoing application support and training staff on the tool

  • Enhance Salesforce to enable operational efficiencies and lead best practice use of the CRM system

  • Interact with Knowledge Management Tools, Colleagues, and Leadership to become proficient in, knowledge share, and discuss Uptake operations and product enhancement opportunities.

  • Document client and market requirements and provide objective, comprehensive feedback for product enhancements

  • Collaborate across multiple Uptake departments


 


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field, or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • 3+ years experience with the sales process

  • Ability to use SharePoint, MS Office, a document management tool, the STARS platform and other support system

Location

We are located in River North just right off the Chicago Brown Line stop. We also provide you with a free shuttle service to/from Ogilvie and Union.
