As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is to support the sales operations team and individual sales team members in a wide range of activities, most notably in working to ensure opportunity data integrity within Salesforce.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Salesforce for the Sales team
          o Work closely with the sales team on their opportunity management
          o Assist in the management of Steelbrick
          o Run data quality control reports within Salesforce
          o Become the point person for the international team
• Become a SME on product pricing, kCura business operations, software licensing and sales enablement tools (such as InsightSquared)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional work experience 
• Analytical thinking 
• Desire to become proficient in sales business operations
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized, effective time management 
• Detail-oriented
• Strong facilitation and inquiry skills
• Cross-team and inter-team relationship builder
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change
• Bachelor’s degree 

Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce
• CPQ, preferably Steelbrick
• Sales team support
• Opportunity data reporting
• Consulting or business analyst
