What You'll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work on a team that functions as a start-up within the Red Frog organization to execute sales tactics to reach targets and business goals. We are looking for passionate individuals that have experience and the hustle to drive sales of an innovative ticketing and registration platform. We're seeking driven individuals who have an interest in utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis, have the ability to juggle many priorities, and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write and develop creative pitches.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various departments to meet sales and business objectives
  • Identify key target prospects and deliver powerful, compelling sales presentations to various types of event organizers
  • Day and overnight travel to conferences, tradeshows, and expos
  • Accurately convey Red Frog’s products and services to prospective clients as a solution to improve their business operations
  • Recommend new product strategies to increase client opportunities
  • Forecast financial value and closure dates of opportunities
  • Manage personal sales pipeline and qualify prospects and evaluate revenue potential
  • Utilize Salesforce on daily basis to record all sales activity
  • Review customer feedback and effectiveness of sales plans and systems to provide thoughts/recommendations for improvement and product development enhancement  

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
  • 2+ of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, technology, or web based sales
  • Highly motivated and successful history of achieving B2B sales objectives
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Solid demonstrated experience working in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Organized and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to learn and willingness to try new tools and approaches to achieve goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write and develop creative pitch angles
  • Knowledge and understanding of online ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated in a fast-paced, flexible work environment

 Compensation:

  • Base salary (based on candidate’s experience) plus robust commission structure
