Sales Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities:
Understand client goals and technical requirements while creating appropriate, tailored solutions using the HighGround platform
Engage in all product, sales and process training to acquire all necessary knowledge to become a subject matter expert on the platform
Build customized demonstrations educating clients on HighGround’s features, capabilities and technical specifications according to client needs
Liaison with the product and sales teams on customer demonstration best practices
Work closely with the sales team to provide platform expertise while qualifying early-stage opportunities
Build a strong relationship with the product team and communicate evolving customer business requirements and the potential impact to the product roadmap
Requirements:
Sales skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, communicate effectively and solve problems across departments
Ability to understand clients’ technical and organizational ecosystems while uncovering key business challenges and drivers
Ability to create a client solution from conception to completion
Work in a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams
Ability to provide guidance on complex matters to non-technical specialists
Proven time management skills within a dynamic sales environment
Ability to deliver detailed presentations to enterprise level executives
Your background:
4+ years of solution development/solutions engineering experience
Enterprise sales experience selling SaaS based products, HR systems preferred
Knowledge of hardware platforms, integrations, networks and web technology
