Cappex is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our Sales team and provide support through contract management, reporting and CRM expertise. The Sales Support Analyst will coordinate sales meetings, compile and analyze data, and provide detailed reports to the sales team to win and grow business.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

Sales Support

• Assist GM/VP Sales & Sales team with special projects as needed
• Provide CRM expertise to new hires and sales team

Contract Management

• Collection, processing, and archiving of new and renewal contracts
• Reviewing Contracts for errors and changes
• Entering data into CRM
• Act as liaison between Sales and Accounting

Sales Reporting

• Create extensive reports for the sales team, using a combination of Salesforce, proprietary systems, and excel
• Assist Sales team by creating and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and share meaningful observations.
• Create custom reports, as needed, using Excel, for Sales and Executive Management to use both internally and externally with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines.
• Able to prioritize appropriately and respond to issues quickly and creatively
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills needed
• MS Excel Expertise in creating charts & graphs, using Pivot Tables and V Lookups. Ability to write macros a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation; ability to work independently on single items as well as cohesively as part of a team
