The right person for this role will have street cred with sales reps and an analytical mindset to partner with managers. We want you to be process oriented and to understand how to teach people how to maximize performance within our sales processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to use and teach all tools, policies, and procedures for Restaurant Sales Executives and Restaurant Account Advisors
- Conduct training for new team members
- Responsible for building and executing quality assurance program
- Assess quality assurance metrics and provide feedback to managers for implementation and coaching
- Be an active liaison between the Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Observe live phone calls from Online Sales Executives and Account Advisors and provide on the fly coaching
- Report development feedback to management teams on a regular basis
- Conduct ongoing refresher and cross-training modules in critical areas
- Assist Training Manager with basic course content creation and requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years experience in a sales or related role required
- Excellent one-on-one and group presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- A great listener with superb communication skills
- Terrific attention to detail
- Ability to make complex ideas easily understandable
- Desire to help others succeed
