PowerReviews works with more than 1,000 global brands and retailers to deliver cloud-based software that collects and displays ratings and reviews and questions and answers on websites. Ratings and reviews are essential for consumers as they search and shop online and in-store, and they are proven to increase online site-wide sales.

PowerReviews is looking for a Salesforce.com expert to administer Salesforce along with supporting the business needs of other integrated systems. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be working closely with departmental leaders and stakeholders to manage the system within each division’s requirements. Salesforce serves as the central hub of our business and the newly hired person will need to be comfortable supporting and working with diverse teams within marketing, sales, client success, product, technology, and others.

Key Accountabilities:

  • System owner for continued operation of PowerReview’s Salesforce instance including sales cloud, service cloud, and other related items
  • Manage users, user roles, workflows, record types, processes, flows, fields, reports, report types, assignment rules, list views and other platform components
  • Ensure that integrated tools, managed packages, and other related tools continue to optimally function within Salesforce i.e. DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), etc.
  • Train users, assist in creating training materials and drive user platform adoption
  • Manage support requests and the administrative needs of our users
  • Perform regularly recurring audits to ensure the platform is running optimally
  • Manage the quality and quantity of data within the Salesforce CRM system related to both native and custom objects to insure optimal accuracy

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce including the above mentioned components
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on the need and impact on PowerReviews’ operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to embrace new technology, integrate into Salesforce, and be responsible in rolling out to business users
  • Thrives in a fast moving environment where requirements change quickly to meet the market’s needs
  • Ideally, Salesforce Admin certified
  • Related system experience
    • Marketo, Gainsite, Data.com, DocuSign, Zuora, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are a small sampling of tools PowerReviews utilizes within the Salesforce ecosystem
