1099 Contractor Position - Only contractors based out of the Chicagoland area will be considered.
LotLinx is seeking SFDC developer to provide development for all aspects of Salesforce including Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions. This contract position will work with the Operations Platform Specialist (Salesforce Administrator) to successfully design and develop solutions for various business centric programs.

Independent contractor required for small to large projects, and Salesforce support. Assignment hours based on estimated project and tasks times. Provide LotLinx with an hourly rate upon submission. Although this is not a full time contract, the relationship is long term and ongoing, as needed. Work remote and collaborate via phone, Skype and other communications methods.

The Salesforce developer position is a highly technical and creative role, focused on developing our Salesforce environment. It's designed to work closely with the other members of the Salesforce team to understand the business needs, estimate and plan the project work in an Agile environment, validate design and functionality and develop, test, launch and maintain features that resolve business needs and enable new opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
Extensive technical knowledge of Visualforce and APEX
Certified Salesforce Developer (Advanced preferred)
Solid understanding of www.force.com
Competencies:
Speaking with project lead about needs of the team regarding Salesforce functionality.
Strong knowledge of CRM applications.
Excellent communication and personal skills, both written and verbal.
Be able to deliver quality results in a deadline-driven environment
Additional skills preferred:
Experience with Lightning in production.
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Actively participate in the technical design of software components.
Use experience to help translate requirements into technical design and tasks.
Assist with providing estimates on assigned tasks.
Independently write quality code that is simple, reliable, and scaleable.
Analyze and fix moderate to complex problems during development and support.
Document and communicate results appropriately.
Proactively explore methods and tools to improve the overall development process
