Leapfrog Online is looking for a Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join a team of energetic, passionate Digital Marketers. As a SEM Specialist at Leapfrog Online, you will have a work with Account Managers, Business Analysts and other teams to develop and execute forward thinking SEM campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for driving new consumers to our clients through the hands on management of our clients' Paid Search efforts. You will manage and work to develop campaigns that increase performance, demonstrate ROI and deliver against the business goals of our clients.

What you will be doing:

• Hands on management of Paid Search campaigns across multiple search engines.
• Working with SEM Directors & Managers to implement SEM strategies.
• Daily Bid optimization, ad copy testing, landing page testing,
• Active keyword mining to minimize risk & identify new keywords.
• Analyzing daily campaign performance of SEM campaigns across multiple partners.
• Providing competitive analysis, marketplace analysis, and research on new SEM technologies.
• Raising the bar of ‘industry standards’ through implementation of SEM strategies.
• Development of test campaigns designed to understand the impact drivers of SEM
• Staying on top of the SEM landscape through industry articles, blogs, and vendor presentations.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ year SEM experience
• Google AdWords qualification
• Experience & knowledge of other media formats within the digital landscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
• Experience with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
• General knowledge of Paid Search, companies, & tools (Kenshoo, Marin, DS3, etc.).
