Seller Engagement Intern
Reverb.com is looking for a genuine music-gear obsessive to help grow our marketplace of musicians this summer. In this role you will be part of the Seller Engagement team. You will be a front-line Reverb representative helping support Reverb sellers and doing work behind the scenes to support our team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Assist new and existing customers on Reverb
- Resolve seller and site issues
- Gather and maintain data within Reverb’s CRM system
- A myriad of other tasks that come with a rapidly growing business
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of music gear brands/models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for customer service
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software
- 1 year musical instrument retail experience a plus
