We are looking for a Senior Account Specialist to support and drive our B2B marketing programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative digital response marketing programs that improve customer experience and drive sales for leading telecommunication providers. Leapfrog Online is a performance oriented company and data is instrumental to our marketing success. You will leverage marketing data to identify trends, develop test solutions, and drive insights for our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development and execution of marketing programs, working with media, program management, creative and analytics teams. You will be the ‘go-to’ person for day-to-day program management.
  • Communicate and work with cross-functional teams on client strategy/objectives to ensure project implementation.
  • Maintain website content for clients and help to drive site improvements, tests and optimizations.
  • Support the development and implementation of a variety of marketing tactics including SEO, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
  • Develop and interpret daily and weekly sales performance summaries to be used internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with sales center staff to ensure coordination with marketing efforts and maximum conversion on leads delivered.
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations including data mining, data presentations (charts, graphs, etc.), and competitor research, to provide insights, inform and educate client.
  • Provide meeting summaries with outlined action items and required communications regarding next steps.
  • Coordinate monthly financial reporting and invoicing for affiliates and partners.
  • Research, track and report on competitive activity in the marketplace and recommend program adjustments accordingly.

 

 Qualifications:

  • 2 years of marketing experience. Digital agency experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics and digital marketing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally to assist in gaining consensus to execute marketing programs.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, Email Marketing software and/or Marketing Automation tools a plus.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with marketing programs such as Google AdWords, Salesforce, and/or Google Analytics a plus.
  • A college degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
