Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst role within the Marketing Analytics team focuses on leading, executing and delivering analytics initiatives for both internal and external clients. Initiatives span multiple disciplines including Marketing and Supply Chain. Specific projects can include leading an analysis of a marketing campaign, utilizing in-house reporting tools as needed, developing advanced statistical models, consulting marketing clients with data driven insights, generating high quality data visuals for presentations and presenting analytics results in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
- Support a team responsible for the planning and execution of successful analytics initiatives and projects for our clients
- Be able to work independently and own work for smaller projects as well as work collaboratively on small teams for larger projects
- Support the continuous improvement of existing methodologies and analytics processes
- Be adept at switching quickly between multiple projects and responsibilities
- Communicate insights effectively to various levels of management internally
- Proficient at telling a story with data to convince a client audience
- Develop and strengthen business relationships within HAVI as well as external clients
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Analytics, Statistics, or another relevant field
- 3 to 6 years of professional data analysis experience (marketing analytics preferred), statistics or consulting
- Experience using various analytics software such as (Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Tableau)
- Experience analyzing large datasets is required for this role (experience with Scala and Spark is a plus)
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus
- Demonstrated strategic problem solving skills with the ability to organize, develop a work plan, analyze and draw conclusions from data
- Strong attention to detail, focus on efficiency, and delivers work with accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience of various levels
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, Expert knowledge of Excel required
