Looking for a full stack developer with strong architecture and backend/server side development experience. This role will require hands-on backend development as well as providing technical guidance to a growing digital team. Understanding of front end technologies is also necessary, since integration with presentation layer elements will be needed. The role will also require the set up and configuration of dev, staging and hosting environments.

Client facing experience, ASP.NET/Umbraco knowledge, client side scripting experiences are a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Server side development
• Database design and implementation
• Experience building scalable solutions in distributed environments
• Front end/presentation layer integration
• Participate in entire application lifecycle
• Set up and configuration of infrastructure (dev, hosting, software versioning environments)
• Provide technical guidance (internal and client facing)
• Provide high level documentation for deliverables
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Expert full stack developer, capable at all tiers from the front end UI to the backend data store
• SQL administration and scripting
• Server side development expertise (asp.net preference)
• Experience with CMS frameworks
• Creating and integrating web services (both RESTful and SOAP)
• Knowledge of proper API design as well as third party API integrations
• Understanding of entire web development process
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, javascript, query)
• Experience with all ancillary technologies necessary for Internet applications: HTTP, TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, etc.
• Understanding of emerging web and mobile technologies and development models
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing and administrating in Umbraco CMS
• Prior experience working on scalable projects in cloud-based environment
• Data migration experience
• Experience in authentication frameworks (OAuth, SAML)
