To that end, we’re looking for a Sr. Associate Mobile Marketing  that can help to create and manage various efforts to connect GrubHub Inc. brands to new and existing diners.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated Sr. Associate Mobile Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Media Acquisition, this position will play a critical hands-on role in our business to lead, and drive the growth of our customer base.

This position will manage all mobile acquisition and marketing programs from inception, production, execution and analytics. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, experienced, and creative self-starter that will jump in and make an immediate impact. You will be an instrumental team member involved in developing, managing, and growing all aspects of online acquisition marketing. Qualified applicants will have a strong digital marketing background, solid business acumen, mobile marketing experience and strong analytical knowledge.

This position will be based out of our New York City or Chicago office.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, coordinate, and analyze mobile marketing programs supporting multiple marketing objectives mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web)
  • Responsible for setting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by platforms and new markets while right-sizing the budget.
  • Optimize function-wide planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics and scorecards to improve both customer acquisition experience and yields.
  • Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize the design, content, layout, customer segmentation and messaging strategies of all mobile acquisition initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop campaigns, briefs, effective designs and landing experiences
  • Develop/​manage revenue and expense budgets, adjusting forecasts on an ongoing basis
  • Generate campaign performance reports, provide analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure positive improvements
  • Analyze all key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to continually optimize all programs, analyzing key components of each campaign, including lists, offers, messaging, creative, deliverability, conversion and average order size

Qualifications:

  • Strong direct response marketing skills with 4-6 years in mobile acquisition marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge about CPM, CPA, CPC and emerging mobile marketing experiences.
  • Experience working with direct response models; ROI analysis, calculation, and reporting
  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills - supporting an ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing operations, platforms and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact across business functions to deliver effective marketing programs
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to lead cross-functional executions simultaneously
  • Very resourceful, reliable, energetic, and self motivated and knows how to have fun
  • A positive, team-player attitude and strong will to win.
  • Demonstrates previous experience of success in a similar position, and E-Commerce experience is a plus.
