Narrative Science is looking for a talented Senior Campaign Manager to join the Marketing team. The Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for overall strategy and planning of integrated demand generation programs that include online and offline elements, and tracking and reporting on the results of the programs to ensure proper measurement and lead accountability. This role will work collaboratively and cross functionally to build and optimize our digital marketing programs across content, SEM, SEO, display, mobile, social and email with a goal of new customer acquisition and sales cycle acceleration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis, and be able to excel in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, implementation and prioritization of a comprehensive demand generation strategy
  • Develop multi-touch marketing campaigns, including a mix of email, paid media, advertising, search engine marketing, social media, direct mail and events, that attract and convert qualified prospects
  • Devise strategy and plans to meet lead and pipeline targets for new and existing products / solutions
  • Determine appropriate success metrics that will inform current and future campaign development; identify areas for improvement and investment
  • Define event strategy to support lead generation goals, cross-functionally manage our participation at industry events and Narrative Science-hosted events (webinars, roadshows, etc.)
  • Manage paid digital marketing budget and campaign pacing
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of industry trends and developments in digital marketing (tools, applications, channels, design and strategy, best practices, competitor activities, 3rd party tools and technology, and customer engagement insights)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in demand generation or campaign management for a technology company, with a strong skill set and understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work cross-functionally (product marketing, sales, finance, etc.) to obtain consensus on campaign strategies, plans and spend
  • Experience hiring and managing direct reports
  • Proven track record evaluating, selecting and managing agencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • BA/BS required

Location

We became a distributed workforce in March 2020 as a result of Covid-19 and will remain distributed moving forward. Our Chicago HQ still remains but we want our team to have flexibility around when and where they work.
