We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the digital marketing programs for one of our large accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative digital marketing programs that drive sales and improve customer conversion.

Qualifications:
The Senior Account Manager must have a solid understanding of marketing channels including Display, Video, Mobile and Social. We are looking for someone who is comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment. You must be able to build relationships with not only our clients, but internally as well.
- 5 – 7+ years relevant experience within a digital marketing agency environment
- Experience working on programmatic media campaigns as well as, direct buys, digital video, streaming audio, display, mobile, & social
- Ability to use various sources of market and customer data to develop marketing strategies
- Prior experience working in a cross agency environment
- Exhibit effective independent thinking and management skills
- Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow/develop a team of account management professionals
- BA required (Marketing Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Account Growth:
- Understand and apply client objectives, consumer behavior/motivations, marketing and branding principles, data to develop strategy recommendations to the client
- Develop client roadmaps against quarterly account forecasts
- Identify opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue
- Provide strategic direction, support and insights to fuel account growth against client objectives and partner with Client Director to present new opportunities to clients
Execution, Process, & Project Management:
- Manage campaign launches with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, effective, timely and efficient execution
- Execute digital marketing strategies involving goal setting, tracking and reporting performance
Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics:
- Checking dashboards daily, asking questions when things are off, communicating findings to the team
- Performance – presenting to client, reviewing with team, critiquing vendor recommendations
- Interpret and apply analytical insights to optimize programs
