Position Summary

The Senior Creative Services Manager, plays a key role in ensuring delivery of sales and marketing material for consumer and customer facing stakeholders across the organization, both as a hands-on contributor and resource manager. Deliverables includes copy and creative for b2b and b2c marketing and demand generation materials as well as sales collateral across multiple media (printed collateral, PowerPoint, digital, website, video, signage). This role will guide and oversee the maintenance of marketing standards across deliverables and will collaborate closely with our Product Design practice to ensure overall brand standards are aligned across higi and within our overall customer and consumer experience.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

Creative Execution

·         Holds responsibility for elevating and managing higi’s design standards for all sales and marketing deliverables, including written as well as visual tone

·         Executes on creative needs across departments, for all materials under the sales and marketing umbrella, encompassing both copy and graphics/visual treatment.

·         Owns the creative process from brief intake through execution, working closely with project stakeholders

·         Collaborates closely with the Product Design team, maintaining a well-developed understanding of customer and consumer-facing product experience with an eye to maintaining consistency across the higi brand

·         Primary ownership of public (unauthenticated) higi.com and business.higi.com sites

 

Resource Management

·         Act as an ‘agency’ partner for internal clients (healthcare sales, retail engagement, partnership marketing as well as b2b and b2c marketing leads) to develop on-brand, on strategy and effective materials

o   Scope projects for internal/external stakeholders

o   Balance internal bandwidth with freelance resources and budgets

o   Manage regular communication on delivery and turnaround of projects

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands on manager and self-starter that can thrive in the fast-paced culture at higi and is comfortable with multi-tasking across functional areas and change (we’re growing fast, so change is constant).  Excellent communication and time management skills are essential as well as experience managing cross-departmental projects. The candidate confidently delivers cohesive campaign-based creative recommendations while skillfully incorporating internal stakeholder feedback to balance design sensibilities and project requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         6-8 years experience in advertising or in-house marketing, including concepting and executing visual/marketing campaigns, as well as sales collateral

·         Experience in direct response advertising including copy and graphic treatment

·         Stellar writing, editing and proof reading skills with writing samples – for both consumer direct response and b2b sales collateral.

·         Experience in taking a project from inception to execution, consolidating feedback from cross-functional teams, making strategic recommendations and delivering integrated product stories with on-brand visuals and copy

·         Proven ability to factor complex products and solutions into clear, concise, effective support communications.

·         Demonstrated success in managing people, both full time and freelance, and associated budgets to enable the creative service process.

·         Working knowledge of interactive design & digital product experience design

·         Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

·         WordPress experience a plus

·         Bachelor’s Degree required

·         Experience in healthcare is not required, but is a plus
