About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and strengthening relationships with large enterprise organizations and articulating how Syndio people analytics software can add value to their businesses. The Senior Enterprise AE works directly for the SVP of Sales & Marketing, and partners with the Director of Customer Success to successfully manage new customer relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute account plans for new leads from Syndio’s C-suite and investors
  • Meet or exceed sales quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within defined enterprise accounts
  • Work with Director of Customer Success to manage customer implementation and training timeline and coordinate resources
  • Perform product demonstrations and customer executive presentations in-person or remotely
  • Partner with Customer Success to quickly expand accounts within large enterprise organizations
  • Act as a resource to management, Customer Success, and sales team for best practices and product feedback
  • Mentor junior sales team members on sales process and practices
  • Provide input to SVP Sales & Marketing on sales verticals and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of quota carrying sales closer experience (HRIS or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Experience carrying >$1M annual sales quota
  • Willingness to travel 15% of the time (conferences and customer on-sites)
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of ROI and TCO principles
  • Proven record of success in generating new business
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to create great discovery conversations and translate customer needs into solutions with clear ROI
