DialogTech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Leadership Team in all areas of reporting including financial forecasts, rolling 12 month budget, operating plan variance analysis, Board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by senior management, including comparisons to industry standard metrics.  As FP&A is a newly formed department at our high growth company, there is little precedent in the areas listed above, and therefore, there are extensive opportunities to develop reporting and analysis under the individual’s own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare financial and business-related analysis; generating reports and performing trend and variance analysis in such areas as revenue and expense performance, operational metrics, and segment profitability
• Prepare account level analyses and reconciliations
• Analyze and report on actual project performance versus budget including recommendations for operational improvements
• Lead a structured financial planning and forecasting process
• Develop a comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting package for executive management and the BOD
• Driving weekly and monthly KPI analysis for evaluating and monitoring strategic initiatives and other goals/objectives
• Work in continuous improvement environment; putting forth new reporting ideas, performing ad-hoc analysis, creating new reports or enhancements to existing reports
• Assist with driving financial planning and analytical systems requirements and implementation
• Instrumental in developing appropriate accounting methodology and processes, inclusive of a new system implementation
• Assist with special projects, including tax compliance and exposure analyses
• Support completion of rolling 12 month budget, long rang plan and forecasts; including preparation of financial models and projections and related reporting, presentations, and analysis
• Prepare monthly or quarterly executive management summaries
• Partner with Global Support, Sales, Marketing, and IT organizations providing variance analysis and supporting ad hoc requests
• Provide ad-hoc analytics for the CFO and executive management team as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• MBA/CPA preferred but not required
• 3-7 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with other tools including accounting packages
• Superior financial modeling and analysis skills
• Must possess a good personality and be able to work effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor
