WHO WE NEED
A Senior Implementation Consultant serves as the project manager for our product implementations in integrated healthcare systems and large physician practices. We partner with some of the largest and most innovative healthcare companies in the U.S., so we need experienced system/hardware implementation professionals pro who can design, oversee, and complete a six- to nine-month rollout from start to finish. A successful implementation is more than just installing hundreds of patient education devices; our clients expect a customized solution that delivers better outcomes for their patients, providers, and administrators. The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for all major components of project delivery, including:

• Coordinating with client and sales team during the decision-making phase
• Partnering with Solutions Architecture team during sales process to design roll-out
• Building an internal project team and forecasting needed internal resources
• Drafting, finalizing, and managing the implementation plan from end to end
• Establishing a process for tracking the success of implementations
• Comfort with guiding clients to adopt best practice approaches
• Reporting to client and internal stakeholders
• Delivering project milestones on time
• Traveling as needed to support and drive each project

EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience leading large-scale implementation projects, whether in hardware, software, or logistics.
• Formal certification like CAPM or PMP, are preferred, but all candidates should be well-versed in standard project management systems.
• Healthcare and technical experience is a plus although not required, as is any experience presenting to C-Level Executives.
