Responsibilities include the following:

UX/Conversion Focused Design:

• Ability to lead content marketing engagements targeting specific personas and user’s journey

• Comfortable designing and implementing stakeholder interviews

• Ability to communicate and summarize the value of creative and strategic findings to clients

• Define content strategy and information architecture

• Understanding target audience needs/tasks/goals and translating them into creative concepts w/functional components

• Works closely with clients to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences

• Experience with Adobe tools, Axure, Sketch, and Invision a plus

• Ability to articulate design decisions, both internally & externally

• Ability to manage resources as needed

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure w/careful attention to detail
