Overview:

The Senior Manager, Integration will be accountable for driving acquisition integration planning and execution efforts for Rise’s acquisitions. They will lead Rise and newly acquired teams through the definition and enablement of the acquisition rationale. They will motivate and inspire large and diverse teams, manage multiple projects on a real-time basis, and identify and resolve operational and integration challenges. The Integration Senior Manager is focused on ensuring a smooth transition for the acquiring company as well as Rise.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead acquisition integration projects
  • Organize and actively participate in acquisition due diligence process
  • Provide early, strategic and best practice insight to sponsoring business teams
  • Translate business requirements into integration needs and related integration plans
  • Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders
  • Work with functional area managers to align resources to define actionable integration plans
  • Communicate project priority and set project task priority for related teams
  • Review and understand market related information including customer needs, threats, trends, opportunities, etc., representative of a market segmentation analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional and/or organizational projects as needed by utilizing a rigorous project management discipline.
  • Ensure a smooth integration process upon completing a transaction.
  • Work with the appropriate business units to ensure that Rise Interactive maximizes the value of all mergers and acquisitions.
  • Serve as an informal mentor for Rise Interactive business unit team members to foster deal capabilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting or Finance or related field; Preferred  Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials.

  • Strong Business Acumen: Demonstrated the ability to identify customer needs and use market driven information to create effective strategies and programs to drive business growth. This person must have the skills, experience, and market/customer insight to identify and capitalize upon emerging business trends and opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Displays understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and informal leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Results Driven: Ability to set compelling goals and will be tenacious in accomplishing them. He / She has an ability to set priorities, take accountability, and achieve results.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and networks at various levels including executives.
  • Analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information to determine the financial impact of M&A opportunities against the overall Rise Interactive business.
  • Must be comfortable delivering presentations to small and large groups including executive level management internally and externally.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while managing details, and integrity to maintain strict confidentiality of projects.
  • Advanced written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a role that is highly focused on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Extremely ambitious and hardworking; results driven and detailed oriented

Candidate must be open to travel as needed
