Senior Manager, Program Implementation
To accomplish our aggressive growth plans and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives, we are seeking a leader to work directly with key clients/strategic partners to provide direction to internal teams to drive these efforts. This newly created position will be responsible for leading key strategic projects from original concept to final implementation, ensuring all business goals and client expectations are met, including schedules, resources, and budgets. This individual will work cross-functionally to align operations with the partnership business models, manage the relationships to drive strong financial outcomes for GoHealth and its partners, advise the senior executive team on broader issues that impact these partnerships and grow the scope of the relationships over time. This position will have high visibility both internally and externally and will have significant influence on the future of the Company.
· Lead key strategic partnerships and projects (including definition and management of scope and timeline) with organization, planning and a sense of anticipation of challenges and how to overcome them
· Drive strong financial outcomes for GoHealth and its partners through deep understanding of the relationships and effective adaptation to changing environment and unexpected events
· Align operations with the economic models of the relationships with a thorough understanding of the business models, a sharp eye to identify issues, and creativity and ability to work across internal departments to address them
· Advise senior executive team on topics that cut across the organization (beyond the specific partnerships under management) that impact execution of the projects
· Grow the partnerships (in scope and size) over time and provide input into product development to maintain competitive position to best support these strategic partnerships
· Effectively communicate and control project scope, schedules, assignments, and open issues and manage partner expectations
· Multi-project experience, working through all PROJECT phases
· Focus on after sale servicing and support and integration
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
· 4+ years of experience with a top consulting company and a track record of securing responsibility for and successfully leading critical and/or transformative projects/initiatives
· Rapid progression of career and/or responsibilities
· Track record of influence without direct power or authority
· Strong business acumen and demonstrated aptitude for complex reasoning and analysis
· Experience with negotiation and/or projection of influence that requires thorough preparation (including interests, positions and financial outcomes of all sides)
· Proven ability to communicate well and develop strong personal relationships in a professional setting
· Demonstrated ability to succeed independently
