Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic analyses of workforce data from multiple systems and data sources to help drive informed decisions within HR and across the business.
  • Apply specific knowledge of the business to data analytics, identify trends and areas of interest useful and actionable for HR and business leaders.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on data trends that may have a strategic impact on existing or future projects and processes.
  • Play an active role in the strengthening and advancement of our global reporting and analytics framework.
  • Design and deliver dashboards as well as standard and custom reports for HR and senior leadership including relevant documentations and reporting guides.
  • Recommend measurements for workforce initiatives to determine value and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with HR and senior leaders and help to enhance their understanding of metrics, reports and dashboards.
  • Act as a specialist for HR analytics and proactively analyzes relationships within data.
  • Apply statistical methods to analytical endeavors.
  • Assist with the implementation and building of new reporting and analytics features in Workday and help to organize and lead relevant user trainings.
  • Manage and lead international projects and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • Must have a passion for data and analytics.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with demonstrated success in problem solving, teamwork, decision making, data analysis and project management.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced and global work environment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly on the job and apply knowledge to new situations.
  • Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration or a related field of study.
  • Four or more years of experience with data and statistical analysis.
  • Four or more years of experience using an industry standard reporting tool (Tableau is preferred).
  • Experience with SQL, RStudio and R is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in MS Excel including writing formulas and creating pivot tables.
  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources reporting is required.
  • Two or more years of experience with the Reporting and Analytics capabilities in Workday is required (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reporting and Analytics, Composite Reporting, Trended Workers).
