We are looking for a strong marketer to join our team as our Senior Marketing Content Manager.
 
You will be our editor-in-chief and manage a team of content creators to create, distribute and manage best-in-class content to delight, engage and convert our target customers. Content is a strategic channel for us and you should be able to make an impact from day one.
What you will contribute:
  • Manage a team of creatives to create interesting, well-researched, high-utility content to engage and convert target customers.
  • Drive content strategy and execution. Develop quarterly goals and themes for different buyer personas. Work with the team to produce various forms of content (e.g. ebooks, webinars, infographics, videos) and run campaigns on it.
  • Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI.
  • Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content.
  • Work with our sales team to tap into opportunities for content creation. Be able to identify trends early on and build industry leading content. Lead and drive an actively engaged editorial board.
  • Optimize delivery strategy for each piece, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, content formats, distribution channels with various target audience segments.
  • Manage our paid media campaigns and align our paid and organic strategy.
  • Effectively distribute content across all channels and mediums
  • Measure and report on closed-loop lead metrics including volume, velocity and quality
What you have:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of owning strong content marketing strategies in an online B2B/B2C company (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising campaigns
  • Passionate about managing and developing a growing team
  • Creative, excellent storyteller
  • Proven track record of driving successful content strategy across channels. - You understand that a successful content operation is far more than great writing—it’s dependent on social, demand generation, and SEO
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • ROI focused; strong measurement and analytics skills

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
