GrubHub is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Lead Generation. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, metrics-driven and energetic lead generation expert with a background in B2B marketing. He or she must be successful at building and implementing process driven programs, and understand the mechanics of automation and scaling. Being well-versed in the “execute, track, optimize” cycle that drives lead gen success is key.
The Senior Marketing Manager, Lead Generation will work cross-functionally to develop and rollout demand generation programs, integrating multi-channel strategy including email, PR, content, print, events, and more. The ability to develop and test new concepts to achieve our evolving goals is required, and the position requires a go-getter attitude with a strong background in program management and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop integrated programs and campaigns in alignment with new product launches, existing product up-sell and new market development.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting and implement tracking to optimize conversion
- Build campaigns through segmentation; understanding how to leverage data to target key audiences
- Manage agency and prioritize work streams.
- Develop PPC programs to optimize spend and to maximize channel
- Employ nurturing strategies to engage prospective takeout restaurants
- Build demand gen programs that focus on various trigger events within the customer life cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Excellent understanding of customer and prospect marketing in B2B environment.
- Proven experience of inbound marketing and email practices, and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in lead generation role.
- Experience in managing and analyzing marketing programs to drive lead generation.
- Proven ability managing projects. Start, finish and the in-between.
- Background in working with small business owners/independent businesses a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience at an online business preferred.
- Experience managing agency partners and leading internal teams.
- Experience with SalesForce and Marketo preferred.
