SpotHero is seeking a Senior Mobile Designer who will be foundational in building our User & Design centric culture.  We will marry the craft of User Experience, Research, & Product Design with amazing fast paced execution to become the best Product & Design team around.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the research, ideation, and design of SpotHero’s mobile products


• Establish and drive a shared User Experience/Design vision across the company


• Execute & Integrate usability tests, research & market analysis into the designs and company


• Define and analyze qualitative & quantitative data that drives success of our products


• Build the best design shop that builds apps that are breathtaking
  
  
  

What you should already have:

• Deep experience in both iOS & Android native mobile platforms.


• You must be passionate about building great experiences for customers.


• You should be “full stack” and able to go from research, to UX, IxD, and VD.  Realization of your designs in code is even better.  


• Ability to research tasks including: planning and moderating usability tests, A/B testing, site surveys.  You’ll need to interpret results and surface learnings to the organization.


• Fluent and comfortable with design tools (whichever works best for you).


• Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
