Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Senior Process Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual who is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

The Senior Process Manager will coordinate and manage complex, business process reengineering initiatives and act as a subject matter expert in this area. The Sr. Process Manager will work in developing and enforcing efficient processes to manage agency work. S/he will work closely with our clients and internal teams to plan projects and keep them on track. This person will require exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and must possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities and achieving deadlines. The candidate is expected to work with the Director of Project Management to implement and institutionalize Business Process Program Management methodologies and processes.
