Job Description

At a high level, the Senior Software Architect plays a vital role collaborating closely with business units, product development, and engineering teams to develop creative solutions to business problems. On the day-to-day, you will stay closely engaged with the products to determine the best implementation methods and execution schedules.

As a leader, you will be providing technical guidance, removing roadblocks, translating business needs into development plans, and participating in code and design reviews. Given our continued growth, we need someone who comes with a proven track record of building and leading talented and passionate technical teams.

This is an ideal role for someone who prefers a tech start-up like culture and likes working in a fast paced, cutting-edge environment where you can see the impact of the things you do every day. All while working with an ambitious and extremely talented team of project managers, business analysts, architects, software engineers and quality assurance analysts.

We employ an agile methodology and fully embrace the fundamentals of continuous delivery, just-in-time requirements, and delivering business value with innovative technology.

Qualifications

Minimum ten years IT experience in a variety of dynamic fast-paced technical environments and roles, with prior exposure to development, networking/operations, etc.
Expertise in OOP, enterprise design patterns, large scale web application development, and continuous delivery.
Strong background in Software Architecture Principles, SOA, SaaS, RDBMS, ORM and Agile.
Experience ensuring design and implementation meets requirements of functionality, performance, scalability, and integration.
Prior hands-on experience delivering POCs, code, systems, etc.
Track record of monitoring analytics to keep businesses on target.
Success will be visible to executive management and the Board of Directors.
Experience in working in SaaS model strongly desired.
