Your mission as an experienced Senior Territory Sales Executive at Softchoice - should you choose to accept it - is to find and help clients in the small and mid-sized space, and unleash their potential through technology. 

 Simply put, with the 2-3 years of selling experience you bring to this position, your service and the variety of complex solutions you will offer clients will undoubtedly set you apart and earn you the business.  As a Senior Territory Sales Executive, your proven track record of success in the technology industry creates a competitive and exciting foundation that will lead to success. Once you complete our professionally-led sales onboarding program that will add to your strong portfolio of skills you’ve learned in your experience, and with the ongoing support of your sales manager (and a healthy dose of friendly competition), you’ll set the acquisition and growth strategy for your own patch of clients. Over time, you’ll develop deep personal relationships that will shape the future of your clients’ business. You will be your clients’ conduit to a community of technical experts, vendors and pre-sales resources standing by to help their business grow.

 We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales
  • Have demonstrated the ability to sell complex solutions
  • Are highly accountable with high levels of focus and execution
  • Demonstrate personal leadership and professionalism - motivating and inspiring those around them
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Have a strong knowledge and demonstration of proven performance results
  • Can navigate and persevere through challenging situations

 As our ideal candidate, you’ll also have:

  • 2-3 years previous sales experience at a Large Account Reseller, Value Added Reseller and/or technology manufacturer in the technology industry
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to ramp up quickly 
  • Experience using complex technical terms

 Additional skills required:

  • Executive level selling – a high level of comfort and skill leading conversations with C-level executives
  • Advanced technical competency – the ability tolead and facilitate technical conversations with key decision makers 
  • Experienced when dealing with complex problem solving skills
