SEO & Ad Operations Manager

PowerReviews seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as an SEO and Ad Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for SEO tactics, strategies and tools. Additionally, this person will be responsible for technical implementation and troubleshooting of PowerReviews’ online marketing campaigns on Viewpoints.com and Buzzillions.com.
This position is a vital member of the PowerReviews media team and will manage our affiliate partnerships and provide assistance to our Display sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize SEO and SEM for Viewpoints.com and Buzzillions.com.
Manage existing affiliate partnerships and curate new partnerships where relevant.
Manage the day to day execution of advertising campaigns using an Ad Serving Platform (DFP)
Review ad performance relative to campaign objectives to provide optimization recommendations to increase performance
Traffic and QA to prevent errors and/or discrepancies during pre-launch process
Assist in yield optimization to help maximize revenue by ensuring efficiency in ad serving priority stack
Help oversee/maintain partnerships with various vendors
Compile, analyze, and provide regular reporting to management
Assist in evaluating the impact of product changes, marketing campaigns, and other activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Some tangible experience doing web design and / or SEO preferred
Understanding of SEO tactics, strategies, and tools – and a willingness to learn and improve to stay on top of the ever changing SEO landscape
1-2 years of Account Management Experience required
Minimum 2 year working experience with commercial ad server (DFP Preferred), RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus.
Familiar with digital campaign metrics and analysis including; CPM, CPC, and CPA. Experience with mobile is a plus.
Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, standard display, text and re-directs.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, and various rich media advertising creative technologies a plus.
