What you’ll do:
•   Design, develop, support, and maintain various post-trade systems and infrastructure
•   Collaborate with our risk, compliance, middle office, and trading groups to drive development of new functionality
•   Develop a broad understanding of Optiver’s business functions and in depth knowledge of how our internal groups interact and work together
•   Build software that is thoroughly tested and bug free 

What you’ll need: 
•   A passion for clean code and for designing simple and flexible solutions to problems in a wide variety of domains
•   A strong sense of ownership and desire to be deeply involved in all aspects of the software lifecycle
•   Exemplary attention to detail and a deep interest in learning about the industry
•   3+ years professional development experience
•   Knowledge depth in C++, C#, or Java; experience with database technologies desired
•   Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
