This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals with a strong background in consultative services and/or implementing software. A proven track record consulting with software and communication companies is preferred.

Expectations:

• Assist Functional Team in partnering with clients and CSG team members to translate client business rules into software requirements
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Assist with solution identification, and solution configuration
• Strong quality assurance skills
• Completing work in a timely fashion
• Provide subject-matter expertise, customer advocacy, and analysis through all phases of development life-cycle
• Ability to work on multiple assignments/projects at the same time
• Develop and maintain applications and tools that integrate with client systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with front end developers and back end developers
• Ability to communicate well with project management
• Ability to escalate issues at the correct time within a project life-cycle
• Ability to lead a technical work stream as a component of a larger project

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or  related field or equivalent work experience required; Masters is a plus
• Strong knowledge of: .NET, C#
• PHP or Java is a plus
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• 2 - 4 years of development experience
• Knowledge of Authentication protocols
• Strong knowledge web services (JSON, SOAP) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Experience in customer facing application software projects/programs with deep knowledge of IT systems
• Demonstrated ability to gather complex technical requirements and perform technical gap analyses
• Media Industry Experience a plus
